Translation:
Once, Shri Raamchandra explained to Sita that there would come a time in the Kali Age when there would be such a reversal of values that will witness crow-like men being held in higher estimation than swan-like men.

Bhagavati Sita asked Shri Ram, “Lord, in the Kali Age, no one will practice Dharma and Karma?”  And Bhagavan Ram answered, “Yes, indeed people will practice some Dharma and Karma, but there will be no Sharma, no sense of shame in the majority of people.  Even children will raise their voices against their parents in opposition.  So you can imagine what will happen in human society.

Kings and their subjects will be locked in mutual battle day and night, refusing to follow the law, and doing what they care to. The man with the gun will rule the day.
Listen, Seeta, black, unrighteous wealth, and black minds will prevail.  The merchants will be swindlers, and the Lord’s devotees will suffer from want, and greedy and sensual men shall be regarded as religious.

The temple shall be empty, and the rum-shops shall be filled, and the daughter of the home shall dance with her father in public display.  Instead of giving his daughter away in a wedding ceremony, the father shall use her for an income.  Such will be the reversal of morals and values in the Kali Age, O Sita.”

Quran and Bible

Battle between Kalki v/s Koka and Vikoka

Kalki is said to kill twin demons Koka and Vikoka and their master as he starts his reighn as the king of Shambala.

According to the Kalki Purana, the twin brothers Koka and Vikoka serve as generals under the demon Kali, overlord of Kali Yuga. In their battle with Kalki, the 10th and final avatar of Lord Vishnu, the brothers display their mastery over the dark arts by raising themselves from the dead faster than Kalki can kill them.

Ancestry
The Kalki Purana states they are the grandsons of Shakuni and sons of Bakasura. These are not the same as the similarly named Shakuni and Bakasura from the Mahabarata. The former are father and son, whereas the latter are unrelated.

Death
Lord Brahma eventually appears to Kalki during the battle and reveals to him that the twin devils had received from him a boon of "Immortality". No earthly or celestial weapon can kill them if they are allowed to hold onto one another. The only way for the dark duo to die is to separate and attack them both simultaneously. Sri Kalki then forces himself between the two and lands crushing blows to each demon's temple at the same time. They both die, this time for ever.

Similarities
The names and deeds of these demon brothers are comparable to Gog and Magog in the Bible and Ya'jooj Wa Ma'jooj of Muslim tradition as they are mentioned in the Qur'an.

Jay and Vijay

He (the father of the bride) gave away Padma for marriage to Kalki as per the traditions. The "King of the World", Kalki after having his wife and having been well received by the gentlemen of the island, expressed his desire to stay in the island of Sinhala for a while in order to see the island.

Padma is fair and Kalki is dark, both are opposites to each other...
Kalki, the annihilator of Kali forgot his mission and stayed there happily in that home (in Shambhala) for many years...Padma gave birth to two sons named Jay and Vijay who were powerful and famous.

Sinhala

This island (Sinhala) will be situated on the other side of the shore. The island has pure water and is full of people. Full of various types of Aircrafts and decorated with jewellery. The beauty of the island is enhanced by huge buildings and flags and gates decorated in front of them.

The interesting part of the description of the island where Kalki's wife-to-be stays is that apart from the huge buildings that the island city has, its sky is also full of Aircrafts! (called Vimana in Indian literature). We come to know from other sources that the name of the city where she stays is named Karumoti.
